  • Hiện nay công ty có hơn 500 cán bộ công nhân viên có nhiều kinh nghiệm và chứng chỉ bằng cấp. Tùy thuộc vào mức độ các dự án khác nhau, công ty có thể huy động thêm từ 2,000 - 3,000 nhân công từ các nhà thầu phụ.
  • Cơ cấu phòng ban công ty: Gồm 6 phòng ban và 4 xưởng 
  • Công ty có Phòng Thiết kế cùng với đội ngũ kỹ thuật viên chuyên nghiệp có thể đảm nhận công việc thiết kế, thi công các dự án trọng điểm của ngành dầu khí, kỹ thuật chi tiết cho các dự án dầu khí ngoài khơi trong nước và quốc tế liên quan đến xây dựng và sửa chữa tất cả các loại giàn khoan, tàu nổi, dự án dầu khí ngoài khơi và các dự án công nghiệp trên bờ.
